The strange poetry of coffee junkmail
This piece came attached to the bottom of a Gevalia coffee email. It is, I suppose, fairly random text meant to perplex spam filters into letting the message through.
The result brought to mind a bit of "The Master and Margarita" by Bulgakov. Enjoy.
Hi, I said to all the animals. But this was a long road, and should I walk down it, I might never come back. Love what you do and do what you love This was a place without the internet, without email, without the rush of business meetings and untapped desires.
The continuation of our species matters more than you can imagine. It is the single most important thing we can do. I didn't have to say: can we change the meeting from 6 to 11? My kids have a music recital and I dont want to miss it for the world. Suddenly, he disappeared. I'm evil.
How embarrassing. He wanted to know more. He wanted to know more. Don't do that, the cat pointed out.
Hi, I said to all the animals. But under the circumstances, I'd do it again. He extended his hand by way of introduction. I can never describe the walk back to my truck. What are we going to do tonight? I asked.

Finding strange beauty in spam... that's admirable. And the really funny thing is, I liked it =)
Inspired, creative spammers. Either advertisers are getting smarter or writers are getting desperate to earn a buck. The piece, however, is still entrancing in an eccentric way.
