Am I the only one who finds this disturbing? Wakefulness Finds a Powerful Ally

Shouldn't we really address the sleeplessness issues rather than medicating the population? I'm particularly creeped out by this statement: "No one knows exactly how it works, but sales of the drug are skyrocketing."
